The organism, stomoxys calcitrans (stable fly) is declared to be a declared pest in specified areas of the state, including the cities of armadale, cockburn, kwinana, rockingham, swan and wanneroo; the shires of capel, chittering, dandaragan, gingin, harvey, kalamunda, serpentine-jarrahdale and victoria plains; and the portion of the shire of murray contained within the harvey coastal plain catchment boundary.
