Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 november 2019 are required by the executor michelle patricia byrnes to send particulars of their claims to her care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007 by 24 november 2020 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
