It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme amendment on 26 May 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Amending Precinct Plan P3 by reclassifying 176A, 176B and a portion of 176 and 178 (Lots 76, 77, 40 and 100) Burswood Road, Burswood to ‘Office/Residential’ zone.
