Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 9th october 2025, are required by the personal representatives, linda marie bancroft and anita louise steptoe of 43 mckivett crescent, leeming wa 6149, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 22nd day of june 2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
