ZZ405 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Wayne Anthony Paul Morgan late of Unit 14, Floor 2, 46 King George Street, Victoria Park, Western Australia 6100, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 March 2025, are required by the Administrators, Cheryl Ann Morgan and Leigh Daniel Morgan, of care of Eastwood Law, Level 1, 26 Railway Road, Subiaco, Western Australia 6008 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
