In the estate of brian maynard waterer, teacher, late of 5/99 mccabe street, mosman park, wa, deceased on 26 sept 2025, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned by 30 june 2026. After that date, the executor may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice and, pursuant to the provisions of the trustees act 1962 (wa), will not be liable to any person of whose claim he has not then had notice.
