Lorraine June Weir late of 11 Aldgate Street Joondalup, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 August 2020, are required by the trustee, John Mahoney of 7 Gemini Way, Madeley, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 4th day of February 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice. The 4th day of February 2021 being the date not less than one month from date of advertisement.
