In the matter of the estate of David John Parkin, late of 210 Place Road, Wonthella, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 5th of October 2019, are required by the executor of the estate, Emily Parkin, to send the particulars of their claim to her at 116 Honeywood Avenue, Wandi, Western Australia, 6167, by Sunday 17th January 2021, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
