In the matter of Mrs. Bente Mikkelsen who died on 13 February 2026, of 56 Ewen Street, Scarborough, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Ole Bang Mikkelsen, 56 Ewen Street, Scarborough, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to the Executor, by 30th June, 2026, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
