In the matter of henriette charlotte zoethout, late of manoah house, 3/86 mills road west, martin, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 2 december 2025, are required by the executor, peter zoethout, to send particulars of their claims to peter zoethout, 12 tungsten court, forrestfield wa 6058 within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
