Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Willie Creek Pearling Pty Ltd for a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Prices Point, by issuing a new lease over the following area of water, and subsequently cancelling the pre-existing lease known as Prices Point. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
