Made by the fes commissioner under section 18p of the act. This order is the fire and emergency services (bush fire prone areas) order 2021. The areas of the state described in the bush fire prone areas dataset are designated as bush fire prone areas. The fire and emergency services (bush fire prone areas) order (no.3) 2019 is revoked.
