These regulations are the Western Australian Jobs Regulations 2018 and come into operation on the day on which the Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 section 25 comes into operation. Defines terms like contract value, DCSP Policy, metropolitan supply, and regional supply. Sets criteria for metropolitan supplies exceeding $3 million (public work) or $1 million (other) and regional supplies exceeding $500,000. Specifies circumstances where obligations don't apply to WAIPS supply if DCSP Policy applies. Sets criterion for WAIPS supply exceeding $25 million.
