In the estate of Howard Michael Hayward, late of 17b Mandora Way, Riverton, in the State of Western Australia, retired security officer, deceased. All creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 November 2025, are required by the Executor, Dawn Michele McHugh, of c/- Vitalis Legal, Suite 10, Level 2, 1321 Hay Street, West Perth wa 6005, to send particulars of their claims to her by 8 June 2026. After that date, the Executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
