Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 11 october 2020, are required by the applicant for grant of representation to send particulars of their claims to the executor (see address below) within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
