The Public Trustee as executor of the Will of Marcia Morgan Nicol has applied to the Supreme Court for the approval of a scheme whereby the trust created by the Will of Marcia Morgan Nicol dated 27 March 1981 be varied. The date proposed for the hearing of the application by the Court is Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 11.00am. Any person so desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Principal Registrar of the Supreme Court, the Public Trustee (quoting DE 19480491) and the Attorney General not less than 7 clear days before that date.
