LG401 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 City of Wanneroo BASIS OF RATES I, Laura Hunter, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 4 March 2026 determined that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Wanneroo as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land Schedule Designated Land UV to GRV All those portions of land being Lot 278, Lot 279, Lot 308, Lots 311 to 316 inclusive, Lots 318 to 325 inclusive, Lots 328 to 334 inclusive, Lots 337 to 344 inclusive, Lots 346 to 352 inclusive, Lots 354 to 361 inclusive, Lots 505 to 515 inclusive and Lot 704 as shown on Deposited Plan 430009.
