PL406 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT Shire of Manjimup Local Planning Scheme No. 4 Amendment No. 32 File: TPS/3222 It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Manjimup Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 27 February 2026 for the purpose of— 1) Rezoning Lot 4 South Coast Highway, Walpole from Rural Residential to Clubs and Institutions. 2) In addition to the current identified uses for consideration, insert the following additional uses within Schedule 9: Additional Uses, ‘Additional Permitted Use’ column within A11. • Tourist and Visitor Accommodation (P) • Shop (D) • Low Impact Recreation Facilities (P) • Office (P) 3) Amending the Scheme Map accordingly. 4) Modify Schedule 2: Rural Residential—Additional Requirements to remove the provisions listed within RR-30. 5) Modify Schedule 9: Additional Uses to delete conditions 1 and 2 from the ‘Conditions of Use’ column within A11.
