The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of a Planning Control Area for the Bunbury Outer Ring Road between Forrest Highway and Bussell Hwy. The purpose is to allow the possible future reservation of the lands for regional road purposes. The declaration remains in effect for five years or until revoked by the WAPC. Development requires prior approval of the WAPC. Compensation is payable in respect of land injuriously affected by this declaration.
