The Council of the City of Gosnells resolved on 14 September 2021 to make the following local law: City of Gosnells Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The City of Gosnells Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2012 is repealed on the day that this local law comes into operation. This local law applies throughout the district.
