The Council of the City of Melville resolved on 20 July 2021 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Dog Act 1976, Local Government Act 1995, and all other powers enabling it. This local law may be cited as the City of Melville Dog Local Law 2021 and applies throughout the district of the City of Melville.
