Amends the pay-roll tax assessment regulations 2003.

These regulations are the pay-roll tax assessment amendment regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the procurement act 2020 section 41 comes into operation. These regulations amend the pay-roll tax assessment regulations 2003. In schedule 1 delete “the state supply commission”.
