Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on or before 30 august 2024 are required by the personal representative, ian torrington blatchford c/- prime law pty ltd barristers and solicitors, suite 12, 443 albany highway, victoria park wa 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by monday, 22 december 2025 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
