In the matter of the estate of Timothy Robert Picton, late of 97 Ruislip Street, Wembley in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 19th day of January 2026, are required by the administrator, Priya Patel Brown to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the State of Western Australia, by the 12th of May 2026, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
