In the estate of Robert Edgar Southern, late of Unit 224, 194 Old Mandurah Road Ravenswood in the State of Western Australia, retired divisional returning officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9th January 2026, are required by the executor, Natalie Greatwood of Atwell in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at po box 3615, success wa 6964 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
