In the matter of the estate of Christopher Thomas Dunbar, late of 37 Country Road, Bovell, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 13 February 2026 are required by the executors Troy Dunbar and Erin King to send particulars of their claims to Po Box 99 Woodvale Wa 6026 within one (1) month from the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
