Market rules made by the minister for energy. I, mr bill johnston, minister for energy for the state of western australia hereby give notice of market rules made in accordance with regulation 7(5) of the electricity industry (wholesale electricity market) regulations 2004. These market rules may be cited as the wholesale electricity market amendment (aemo to provide information to the minister) rule 2019 and are to commence at 08:00am (wst) on 1 november 2019. A copy of the wholesale electricity market amendment (aemo to provide information to the minister) rule 2019 is available on the website of the economic regulation authority at https://www.erawa.com.au/ .
