The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers to provide public advice conferred or imposed by sections 16 and 17 of the Act. This delegation is limited to circumstances where the delegated power is being carried out for the purposes of responding to a request from the Western Australian Planning Commission for advice in relation to the making of a proposed District Structure Plan or the making of an amendment to a District Structure Plan.
