Creditors and claimants under s.63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relating to the estate of the deceased, who died 13/10/2025, must send particulars of claims to the Executor, Nigel Taylor, at po box 140, brunswick junction wa 6224, within one month of publication, after which the executor may distribute assets with regard only to notified claims.
