Extends the exemption originally declared on 16 January 2017 and published in the Government Gazette dated 27 January 2017 for the area designated S19/368 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 15 January 2023.
