The council of the City of Busselton resolved on 25 March 2026 to make this local law, which may be cited as the City of Busselton Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2026. This local law commences on the 14th day after the date on which it is published in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district. The following local laws are repealed: City of Busselton Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2015 and City of Busselton Holiday Homes Local Law 2012.
