Notice to owners and/or occupiers of land within the Shire of Broome. Requires fire breaks or fire control measures installed and maintained between 15th May and 31st December. Details requirements for rural lands, pastoral lease lands, townsite lands, rubbish/landfill sites, and fuel dumps/depots. Penalties for non-compliance include fines up to $5000 or infringement penalty of $250.
