Amends the Surrogacy Regulations 2009 by deleting and inserting a new definition for 'counsellor'.

These regulations amend the Surrogacy Regulations 2009. Deletes regulation 3 and inserts: 3. Term used: counsellor. In these regulations โ counsellor means a person who is eligible for full membership of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association.
