It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 August 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Sussex Location 2807 & 2812 Bussell Highway, Witchcliffe from ‘Priority Agriculture’ to ‘Future Development’ and modifying the scheme map accordingly. 2. Amending the scheme map by including Sussex Location 2807 & 2812 Bussell Highway, Witchcliffe in a Structure Plan Area (SPA) designated SPA 34 as depicted on the scheme amendment maps.
