ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the estate of Christopher John Aukim late of 10 McNamara Drive, Thornlie, in the State of Western Australia, Retired Electrician, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8th January 2026 are required by the Executor, Sarah Anne Aukim of 31 Helena Crescent, Thornlie, in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
