It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the swan valley local planning scheme no. 1 on 13 may 2026 for the purpose of— 1. amending the scheme map to extend additional use a13 over a portion of lot 104 (no. 29) dale road, middle swan. 2. amending schedule 2—additional uses by replacing the row labelled ‘a13’ with the following: no. description of land additional use conditions 13 lot 115 (no. 381) great north highway and pt lot ‘d’—educational 104 (no. 29) dale road, middle swan (swan establishment. christian college).
