South Coast Nearshore Net Managed Fishery Management Plan 2020 made by the Minister under section 54. The fishery relates to fishing by means of net for scalefish or squid in the waters described in Schedule 1. A licence granted or renewed for a period commencing on 1 July in any year expires on 30 June next following the date of grant or renewal. Where a licence is granted for a period expiring on 30 June 2022, the fee is $235.51 per licence.
