An organism listed is declared under section 11 of the Act to be a permitted organism. All previous declarations under the Act relating to the organisms below are revoked. Organisms listed include: Cyphostemma mappia, Euphorbia piscidermis, Cyphostemma uter, Euphorbia turbiniformis, Dorstenia brasiliensis, Pachypodium decaryi, Dorstenia contrajerva, Hoya vanuatensis, Euphorbia abdelkuri, Hylandia dockrillii, Euphorbia ankarensis, Pilea peperomioides, Euphorbia columnaris.
