I, Hon Don Punch MLA, Minister for Water, being satisfied that the water use restrictions that currently apply in relation to the local government district of Karratha under regulation 78 of the Water Services Regulations 2013 are inadequate to ensure that there will be sufficient water for Water Corporation to continue providing the water supply service to that area in the short term, hereby impose, pursuant to regulation 80 of the Water Services Regulations 2013, Stage 3 water use restrictions upon the area within the local government district of Karratha for the period 1 April 2026 to 30 August 2026. This notice applies to the use of water supplied directly by Water Corporation.
