City of Canning Dog Local Law 2021 made under the powers conferred by the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. The Council of the City of Canning resolved on 16 March 2021 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. Part VI of the City of Canning Consolidated Local Laws published in the Government Gazette on 31 March 2000, is repealed.
