These regulations are the Police (Compensation Scheme) Regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Police Amendment (Compensation Scheme) Act 2021 Part 2 comes into operation.
