These regulations amend the Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2018. Key changes include deleting the definition of 'veterinary surgeon' and inserting a definition of 'veterinarian' as defined in the Veterinary Practice Act 2021 section 3. Further amendments replace references to 'veterinary surgeon' with 'veterinarian' in regulations 36(4)(d), 43(2)(d), and 126(3)(d).
