An exemption originally declared on 26 June 2006 and published in the Government Gazette dated 07 July 2006 for land designated S19/299 in Gracetown is extended for a period of two years, expiring on 25 June 2028. The land is not private land or subject to a mining tenement or application, and is exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978.
