I, Jackie Jarvis, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Coral Futures Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 654 052 070) at a site within the Dampier Archipelago for a term ending 30 June 2031. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Perth.
