I, Anthony Thomas Bullen, acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 26 October 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 2 November 2012 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 25 October 2022.

Informs that the Public Trustee will administer the estates of deceased persons.
Requires creditors to submit claims against deceased estates to the Public Trustee by June 22, 2026.
Requires creditors to send particulars of claims against the deceased estate to the executors within one month of the notice publication.
Exempts specified local governments from providing an estimate of expenditure for the 2026-27 levy year.
