All the waters of Casuarina Boat Harbour shown on Departmental Plan 1396-14-01 which is bounded by a line starting at a point “A” at latitude 33° 18’ 41.62” and longitude 115° 38’ 34.31” thence on a bearing of approximately 45° for about 90 metres to point “B” at latitude 33 °18’ 37.29” and longitude 115° 38 ‘40.18”; thence generally following the high water mark along the north, western, south and eastern direction, back to start point “A”.
