Amends liquor control regulations for Ngalingkadji and Wangkatjungka restricted areas by deleting regulation 4 and updating regulation 9.

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Ngalingkadji Restricted Area) Regulations 2016 and the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted Area) Regulations 2008. Regulation 4 is deleted in both sets of regulations. Regulation 9 is amended to replace '2022' with '2023'.
