Made under the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation (No. 3) 2020. The Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 sections 29(10) and 33 come into operation on 26 February 2021.
