These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996. The regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. Various amendments are made to regulations 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 23, and Part 7 is inserted regarding a transitional provision for the 2020 amendment regulations.
