NICK HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council. ——————————— EDITH COWAN UNIVERSITY ACT 1984 EDITH COWAN UNIVERSITY Amending By-Law No. 1 of 2025 The Edith Cowan University Lands and Traffic By-Laws made under section 29 of the Edith Cowan University Act 1984 are amended as follows— 1. This Amending By-Law comes into operation on the day after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. 2. The Edith Cowan University Lands and Traffic By-Laws (as published in the Government Gazette on 29 November 2011) are hereby repealed. 3. The Edith Cowan University Lands and Traffic By-Laws set out in the attached Schedule are hereby enacted. The Common Seal of Edith Cowan University was hereto affixed by authority of a resolution of the Council of the University in the presence of— Professor CLARE POLLOCK, Vice-Chancellor.
